Last Week:
Changed stealth from the test material that used transparency to a material that lowered the light level of the players glowing circuits. Was waiting on the final model and texture before I did this so I only had to figure it out and make the final material once
Setup the gun rig and recoil functions to make gun react to shots being fired. Aiming works by ray tracing out from the center of where the camera is pointing then finding the line from the rig top (player shoulders) to that point to determine angle
I also implemented the damage system which would ray trace and apply damage to enemy targets when hit then play death animation when enemy has zero health.
This Week:
- Cleaning up the arm IK so it disables when vaulting or climbing
- Add damage and death particle effects and clean up death animations
- Add dagger weapon and damage
- Start on mini map for HUD
